Welcome to New Love Tabernacle Christian Church, where our journey began as a small Bible study group in 2005, evolving into a vibrant community of over 65 members. Founded on the principles of love and spiritual growth, our mission is clear: “We are the authentic saints of God changing families and individuals through word, deed, and agape love.”
Under the leadership of Pastor Roderick Perrymond, we transitioned from our original location to 3367 Columbia Woods Dr in 2007, and later to our current home at 5480 Browns Mill Road in Lithonia, GA. Our story is one of blessings, challenges, and unwavering faith. Join us at New Love Tabernacle, where love is the foundation, failure ends, and success begins. Our Pastor
On November 12, 2005, during our second Sunday gathering, we celebrated our first communion, marking a significant milestone. The vision to establish a church took shape on January 16, 2006, with ministers agreeing on the name “New Covenant Christian Church.” Co-leadership was embraced as we set out with a mission to change lives through spiritual growth.
From this humble beginning, we evolved, meeting every second Sunday at 3013 Meadowview Dr, Atlanta, GA. Our commitment to spiritual growth and community impact fueled our journey, leading to the eventual expansion of services to every Sunday.
In May 2006, after careful prayer and fasting, Pastor Roderick Perrymond accepted the calling to lead our congregation. The church was originally known as Sharon’s Baptist, but in November 2006, God inspired Pastor Perrymond to rename it New Love Tabernacle Christian Church.
